About

Stephen Porter, Peter Harper-Hill, Andrew Riley and Charlie Tuke are attempting to cycle from Marble Arch to Arc De Triomphe in 24 Hours on 17th August 2025 in memory of Stephen's brother Geoff.

Andrew Riley rowed at Durham University with Geoff, Charlie Tuke was coached rowing at Durham by him and Peter Harper-Hill and Geoff enjoyed many a pint in the Mitre over the years.

Geoff was diagnosed with Neurendocrine Cancer in February 2024, but regrettably lost his battle less than a year later.

It's a demanding route and a serious test of endurance, but the goal is clear: to help fund research and improve outcomes for others affected by this disease. All donations are welcome and will go towards vital work in treatment, awareness, and support.

The team are bearing all costs of the trip, therefore 100% of your sponsorship will benefit Neurendocrine Cancer UK.

Live tracking and other news updates will be posted on www.brcc.bike closer to the event.

Thanking you for your generous support.
